Arriving at the manor and accessibility
There are many ways to reach the Håkansböle manor area – on foot, by bicycle, public transport or car. We recommend setting aside some time for arriving, particularly during events, as the space for parking is limited. Cycling and public transport connections offer smooth access from many directions, and the area's accessibility is constantly being improved. On this page, you will find up-to-date instructions on arriving and accessibility information.
Please note the limited space for parking
By car, you can get to Håkansböle Manor via Vuorilehdontie. There are only about 30 parking spaces available, in addition to three disabled parking spaces in the stable yard. You can also park along Vuorilehdontie. Vuorilehdontie and the parking area become especially crowded during events, so we recommend leaving your car at the parking lot of Hakunila sports park (Luotikuja 2). Håkansböle is about a 10-minute walk away from the sports park.

Esteettömyys
The manor area’s pathways are covered in gravel. The manor museum, the museum’s summer exhibitions and the café-restaurant's facilities are located at the top of a hill. There are three disabled parking spaces on the top of the hill. There is a disabled parking space in front of Children’s Cultural Center Pyykkitupa.
There are accessible toilets in café-restaurant Håkans, the event stable and Pyykkitupa. The café-restaurant and event stable have ramps that comply with recommendations. Of the summer exhibition spaces, only the small stable has a ramp, which is steeper than recommended. In addition, all of the old buildings have a number of thresholds of different sizes. You can ask the museum staff for audio descriptions of the exhibitions.
